BRYAN GOT INTO LAW SCHOOL!! We weren't expecting to hear back this early but we did and are so excited! He was accepted by William and Mary in Willamsberg, VA. It was the first Law School in the United States and has a really neat campus. So we'll keep waiting and see what happens...but just wanted to share our news.

November 10, 2006: Football!!

BYU Football!
This was our first football game all year. BYU played the Wyoming Cowboys. It was freezing but so fun! We got awesome tickets right on the 50 yard line thanks to McKay!! They were also right in the middle of all the die hard fans. We were cracking up because all the little boys behind us knew the stats of the BYU players back to before they were even born. Yes to far away to read but it says 51-7. That's right Dad my Alum beat yours. :) I just liked the pumpkin someone had carved for their tailgating party. I think I embarrassed Bryan when I made him stop and take a picture.

Our One Year Anniversary!!!

October 14, 2006

We made it a whole year! :) And what a great year it's been! We are so thankful for each day we've been blessed with and so happy to see that it truly does just keep getting better and better. I am even more thankful for the person I married now and know that will just continue with each year! I really can't wait to be like our grandparents and look back on all we've been able to share together. Sappy Sappy--sorry. :)

Bryan got me masks for part of my anniversary present. Along with my PINK RAZOR!!! He made me promise not to put these pictures on here but I thought they were funny. One of our favorite things to do is lay down all our blankets and pillows in our family room and watch movies all night. So we also got Grey's Anatomy Season 2 to watch all weekend long.

At the Salt Lake Temple after doing sealings. We decided to reminisce by going back to our Temple. We weren't the only couple who had this genius idea. One of the other couples in our group had been there a year earlier also. I love that temple and the history behind it--I think it will always amaze me.

This picture just looked cool because of the sunlight.

After the temple we went to the Gateway Mall and ate at Biaggi's--it's our favorite. We went all out and got so much food--Calamari, Pastas, Breads, Double Chocolate Cake....mmmmm sooo good!!

At the castle...

Our sleepover.

Olden Days

Isn't he the cutest little girl? Although I was so disappointed to find out that I wasn't the only older sister who tortured their younger brother by dressing them as a girl.

Finally Graduated and All Grown Up! ;)

The fireworks begin today. Each diploma is a lighted match. Each one of you is a fuse.
I graduated from BYU August 18th with a degree in Marriage, Family, and Human Development. Walking across the stage to get my diploma was such a surreal feeling. I had finally accomplished what I had worked so hard for. I was so glad that my family was able to be there for everything. It was a really neat feeling to look out into the crowd and see them there at the finish after the years and years of support they had given me. And of course I was so happy to have Bryan there!! He made sure to scream when I walked across the stage. Erika, Me, and Cody: they barely survived the ceremony. Probably wouldn't have if it weren't for "Coconut Lime Verbina" ;) Grandma Zelda and Grandpa Al: Always there to support!! While I was walking across the stage Grandpa yelled "She's the prettiest one out there." He's the best!!
My parents rented a condo up in Park City--so we had a big BBQ celebration. Yes after 3 years in Utah I finally learned that they don't understand grilling out here. Landen and Kristen came up to celebrate with us!
Dad also decided it would be funny to buy Utah State shirts to wear while we celebrated my graduation from BYU. Real cool dad. I know why he really bought them though--muscle shirt to show of the build. Haha! He even got the Anderson's in on it! It was so fun to have them there--I have the best family!!

Up-Date

September 20, 2006

Since I just graduated from BYU and started working full time at the Health Center I seem to have a lot of free time on my hands. I figured I'd start using this to keep everyone updated on things that are happening in our little family.
Things are just fabulous here in Utah. We have almost been married for a year--and life is wonderful! Bryan is starting his senior year and currently interning for a disabilities law firm, which is such an amazing opportunity for him. He has started applying for Law Schools all over the place so we are excited to see where that will take us this next year. I'm hoping somewhere sunny!!! Like I said, I'm working full time--and let me just say I'm very happy and grateful that I will get to be a stay at home mom in the future!! Besides work we are just enjoying spending time with eachother! Like I said--life is good!!
